Terpsichori Greek Dance Circle proudly presents their 19th dance seminar:

Dances of Serres & Limnos
with Vasilis Terzis and Nasos Chalkas
on 28-29th May in Brussels

In our first attempt to present you two great regions and two great teachers in one seminar, we’d like to invite you to a “journey” with us to Serres in Eastern Macedonia and the island of Limnos. Vasilis Terzis will come to us from Serres. If you know him, you’re aware that his contageous enthusiasm makes him understood with others, even without speaking a common language. And Nasos Chalkas is going to show us how to dance the Patima, the Katsivelikos, and other beautiful dances of his island the right way.

We’ve been playing around with the thought for a long time to co-present two regions in a seminar (we think it brings in a fresh, nice variety) and we really count on you to discover how you will like this new format, which we might continue to use in the future.

Now to the details:

Seminar hours: from 10am to 6pm on Saturday 28th May; from 9.30am to 12.30pm on Sunday 29th May

• Plus, we’ll have our usual evening feast on Saturday.
• Seminar fee: €60 (€50 for Terpsichori yearly card holders).
• Evening: €17 including warm meal and unlimited drinks.

Le Cercle de danses grecques Terpsichori présente son 19ème stage de danse:

Dans notre première tentative de vous présenter DEUX régions magnifiques et DEUX professeurs formidables dans un stage de weekend, nous aimerions vous inviter à un «voyage» avec nous à Serres en Macédoine orientale et á l’île de Limnos. Vasilis Terzis viendra chez nous de Serres. Si vous le connaissez, vous savez qu’avec son enthousiasme contagieux il parvient à se faire comprendre avec tout le monde, sans même parler une langue commune. Et Nassos Chalkas va nous montrer comment danser le Patima, le Katsivelikos, et d’autres belles danses de son île natale correctement…

Depuis trés longtemps nous avons joué avec la pensée de co-présenter deux régions à un stage (nous pensons que ça apporte une fraicheur, une belle variété), et nous comptons sur vous pour découvrir comment vous plaira ce nouveau format, lequel événtuellement nous utiliserons plus souvent à l’avenir.

Maintenant, pour les détails:

Horaire du stage: 10h00 á 18h00 le samedi 28 mai; 9h30 á 12h30 le dimanche 29 mai

• De plus, nous avons notre soirée habituelle du samedi soir.
• Frais du stage: 60 € (50 € pour les abonnés de Terpsichori).
• Soirée: 17 €, y compris repas chaud et boissons à volonté.
